What is your return policy?

U.S. Regulations prohibit the shipping of opened/improperly sealed chemical containers. However, if your shipment is incorrect or arrived in unsatisfactory condition, do not open the container. Please let us know immediately upon delivery and we will gladly work with you to resolve the matter quickly. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us.

What is your shipping method?

We ship THE COOLANT MANAGER™ 778, all CM Replacement Parts, and products in 5 gallon pails via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and add the shipping charges to the invoice.

Products in 55 gallon drums and 330 gallon totes ship freight prepaid. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. If you have a special shipping request, please contact us.

What are your payment options?

We accept major credit cards for payment. You can also pay by check or set up an account with us. Please contact us to set up direct billing.

Do you offer products not on this site?
